Every problem the audit turns up goes through our five-question step test, then we stack-rank the fixes by what they'll save against what they'll take to build. No 40-page strategy deck — a short list with dollar figures next to it.
You get: A prioritized roadmap, each fix scored on payback versus effort, biggest and safest wins first, with a real return attached to each.
Implement
Build the top win, prove it, move down the list.
We build the highest-payback, lowest-risk fix first, with your sign-off points wired in, and we measure it against the baseline from the audit so the savings aren't a guess. Then we move to the next one. You own it as we go, and we stay on for 30 days after launch to make sure it sticks.
You get: A working automation with your checkpoints in place, proof of what it saved against your starting numbers, and the next fix queued up.
